User keeps getting prompted for their user credentials after changing password via the Newlook License request dialog. 

 

Possible cause

The user profile or the password used for the Newlook license request may have expired and when entering the old password it says it's incorrect and it doesn't take the new password.

When the SignOn settings within the connection has been set to 'Use the common username and password' the details are stored within the Windows registry of the user's machine.

If user keeps getting prompted for their credentials the Windows registry key may not be updating therefore you can try to delete the registry entry in the following location and then try again (Version 10 location shown)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\looksoftware\newlook\10.x\Sign On
