What is myBCDsoftware?
MyBCDsoftware is BCD's value added customer site where our customers can login to access information about their account and to view their tech support incidents. Highlights of the site include:
- Viewing incidents your company has reported in the past
- Report a new incident to BCD Technical Support
- Access the most up-to-date downloads for the BCD products you have purchased (No need to fill out form)
- View security codes and maintenance details
- View open Tasks

MyBCDsoftware is a secure web portal created with BCD's Nexus Portal product. Nexus gives users a consistent, secure user interface to web applications and content in their browsers. You can enroll and manage users easily through web administration pages. It also includes sophisticated Enterprise Content Management functions to make information more accessible.
