Product: WebSmart ILE Type: Frequently Asked Question

Question:
What is the difference between the QTMHHTTP and QTMHHTP1 profile?

Answer:
The difference between the two profiles is as follows
  • the QTMHHTTP user profile is used to run the CGI job
  • the QTMHHTP1 user profiles is used to serve up a CGI request
A static HTML page running under a CGI job will use the QTMHHTTP profile but if a request is made for an iSeries object, for example an INCLUDE, then the QTMHHTP1 profile is used.
