Why do I have to use two profiles to manage the web server - QTMHHTTP and QTMHHTP1?

The use of two profiles is how IBM has implemented the Apache server. One profile (QTMHHTTP) has *RWX access to the system, and the the other (QTMHHTP1) just needs *RX for running CGI objects. The QTMHHTTP profile runs the main job and does the logging, hence the *RWX. Here's an IBM article that may explains things further:
