Send a file to a BCD Tech Support Representative

Use this program to upload large files to a BCD Technical Support rep. To create a new support ticket, please use the Online Ticket Submission form.

To upload a file start by clicking the 'Choose File' button to locate the file on your network, then click the Open button. Then fill out your contact details and select the support rep to notify when the upload is complete. Click the Send File button to begin the transfer.
