How this program was created.

  1. Select the 'SQL Page At a Time' template.
  2. Choose all creation wizard defaults.
  3. Add the form from lines 46 to 79 of HTML segment ListHeader. If you do not have line numbers enabled, you can do so by following these instructions:
    1. Go to the Tools menu at the top
    2. Choose Options
    3. Click the HTML tab
    4. Click the two Line Number checkboxes
  4. Replace the bldstr function with the one in the PML from lines 169 to 207
  5. Compile and you're done!
