Dynamic Row Highlighter

Description: This program demonstrates how to create a dynamic highlighter of the table row currently under the users mouse. To do this it uses a combination of javascript event handlers and CSS stylesheet classes. To see what is happening, place your cursor over top the table and scroll down.
